LABTECH CONTROL is the industry-standard, general-purpose integratedsoftware package for data acquisition, analysis, process monitoring, andcontrol for the industrial and manufacturing market. Over 15, LABTECHsystems have been installed. Ease-of-use is delivered by a graphical userinterface combined with the menus for customer use without programming.Operating system support includes UNIX, VMS, MS-DOS, and OS/2. LABTECHCONTROL is available in several international languages, includingEnglish, German, and Japanese.LABTECH CONTROL starts as a SCADA (supervisory control and dataacquisition) package for process monitoring, alarm logging, and onlinedata analysis. CONTROL also has the process control capabilitiesincluding open and closed-loop functions for PID and on/off controlloops. CONTROL/FT features I/O device and network failure recovery, andhot backup where a second system takes over in the event of failure. Aruntime operator control panel permits users to control loops and modifythe environment without shutting down.
